On Friday 3 rd February 20 Year 6 pupils and 14 members of the KS2 choir

together with Miss Whitley and Mr West took part in an exciting event – We

Were Filmed!

Voices Foundation and Independent Society of Musicians created a free,

digital, video resource to equip primary music teachers with inspirational and

practical examples of singing strategies to enhance their music curriculum and

increase their confidence in teaching singing using children from Winterton

Junior School. This was filmed by an independent film company and the video

will be launched on February 23 rd and 24 th at The Music and Drama Expo in

London.
